This week, Jesse Ventura, takes on America’s most controversial Conspiracy Theory: The attacks of Sept 11th, 2001, when nearly 3,000 people were killed as the result of four hijacked planes.

According to the official 9/11 Commission Report, the worst terrorist attack in U.S. history was caused by 19 men, with ties to al-Qaeda, who set off a series of coordinated suicide attacks. Two planes crashed into the buildings of the World Trade Center, one hit the Pentagon and the fourth plane landed in a Pennsylvania field before it could reach its target in Washington, DC.

But there are still questions left unanswered, and some people suspect the report is a cover-up.

Many believe airplanes alone could not cause the Twin Towers to tumble. Does the discovery of thermite residue in the debris point to explosives being used to bring down the buildings? Why wasn’t that fact ever mentioned in the official report? The FBI claims the flight recorders from Ground Zero were never found, but one recovery worker tells Jesse a very different tale. Might those missing black boxes hold evidence that 9/11 was an inside job?

Ventura is digging deep, talking to witnesses no one has heard from, storming Hangar 17 (where 9/11 evidence is stored) and asking the U.S. government questions few have dared to ask and almost no one is willing to investigate.

The Shell Game, written by NY Times best-selling author Steve Alten, deals with conspiracy fa cts that are hard to argue and the book names names. At the center of the storm is former Vice President Dick Cheney. Alten says “Cheney was in-charge of wargame exercises that were being conducted the morning of September 11th that purposely diverted jet-fighters guarding the Northeastern Air Defense Sector (where all four hijackings occurred) sending them over Iceland, Greenland, Canada, and Alaska.

One of these exercises, named Vigilante Guardian, was a hijack drill that actually mimicked the real events while inserting twenty-two false blips on the FAA and NORAD radar screens, confusing the air traffic controllers.” 

Cheney had been placed in-charge of wargame exercises in May of 2001 by a special Presidential Directive.

According to the author, who references dozens of sources, the events of 9/11 were a false flag event that neoconservative members of the Bush Administration wanted to succeed, giving them the “Pearl Harbor” event needed to justify an invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Shell Game extrapolates these factual details to illustrate a new threat — one Vice President Cheney has been predicting since last May — a nuclear suitcase bomb detonating in a major U.S. city.

After reading an advanced copy of the book, Paul Craig Roberts, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury under Ronald Reagan stated, “Steve Alten was more alert than the media. Realizing fantasy is one route by which Americans can be brought to face the facts, and hoping to preclude any such real wo rld event, Alten wrote a thriller predictive of our future between now and 2012.”

Cynthia McKinney, a six-term Congresswoman says the book is an absolute “must read.” 

The duress of writing the book took its toll on the author’s nerves. Three months after turning in the manuscript to his publisher, he was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease.

Since then, he has received threatening phone calls from “radical 9/11 truthers” and “unidentified sources” who have violated his family’s privacy.

Former US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice has said that the United States could experience another terrorist attack like 9/11 if troops are withdrawn from Afghanistan.

“If you want another terrorist attack in the US, abandon Afghanistan,” she said in an interview with Fortune magazine on Tuesday.

“The last time we left Afghanistan, and we abandoned Pakistan, that territory became the very territory on which al-Qaeda trained and attacked us on September 11th.

“So our national security interests are very much tied up in not letting Afghanistan fail again and become a safe haven for terrorists,” Rice added.

President Barack Obama is considering his options after the US commander in Afghanistan, Gen. Stanley McChrystal, said on Monday that extra troops are needed within the next year or else the war “will likely result in failure.”

Rice made the remarks after new threats of a possible terrorist attack emerged following a series of arrests in Denver and New York related to an alleged bomb plot.

“Counterterrorism officials have issued security bulletins to police around the nation about terrorists’ desire to attack stadiums, entertainment complexes, and hotels,” the Associated Press reported.

The 9/11 Commission now tells us that the official version of 9/11 was based on false testimony and documents and is almost entirely untrue. The details of this massive cover-up are carefully outlined in a book by John Farmer, who was the Senior Counsel for the 9/11 Commission.

Farmer, Dean of Rutger Universities’ School of Law and former Attorney General of New Jersey, was responsible for drafting the original flawed 9/11 report.

Does Farmer have cooperation and agreement from other members of the Commission? Yes. Did they say Bush ordered 9/11? No. Do they say that the 9/11 Commission was lied to by the FBI, CIA, Whitehouse and NORAD? Yes. Is there full documentary proof of this? Yes.

Farmer states…“at some level of the government, at some point in time…there was an agreement not to tell the truth about what happened… I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described …. The [Norad air defense] tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years. This is not spin.”

The 9/11 Commission head, Thomas Kean, was the Republican governor of New Jersey. He had the following to say… “We to this day don’t know why NORAD [the North American Aerospace Command] told us what they told us, it was just so far from the truth. . . ” When Bush’s own handpicked commission failed to go along with the cover up and requested a criminal investigation, why was nothing done?

OPERATION BLACKOUT by World911Truth.org

On April 3rd, 2009 one of the most important and explosive scientific paper was released by scientists from 3 countries. The paper is entitled “Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe” and demonstrates that unignited explosive residues were found in the dust of the World Trade Center collapse. This highly advanced nano-size explosive called nanothermite, which is not made in a cave in Afghanistan but rather in US defense contractor labs, could be responsible for the destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7 on September 11, 2001.

We will send a package to over 1,500 of the biggest news media outlets (TV and newspapers) around the world that will contain key information on 9/11, a copy of the nanothermite paper, two DVDs including the new DVD by Steven E. Jones on Nanothermite as well as a copy of 9/11: Blueprint for Truth by Richard Gage, AIA and the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth.

We will duly and firmly suggest each media to report on the nanothermite paper. We don’t understand why any of them wouldn’t. We will also ask them to reply to us explaining why they never covered the story and if they intend to, now that they have the information in hand. All responses will be made public on our website. If a media chooses not to respond to us, we will also display it on our website. The public will then be able to judge the type of work our mainstream media does.

A special section on our website for this Operation Blackout will soon be released with all the details. A copy of the documents that we will send to the press will be made public and we will encourage you, the people, to take action in different ways.

It is crucial that the mainstream media do their job and start investigating on one of the most important scientific paper released in a long time. We will host a 10′ x 10′ exhibit booth at the DC Convention of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) – July 14, 15, and 16. We will be speaking to several hundred architects over the three-day period and giving them DVDs and brochures.  We hope to sign up at least one hundred more architects on our website!  Consider flying/driving to DC and helping us in our booth if you are in the area. You would need to competently convey the essential points of the explosive evidence at the 3 World Trade Center high-rises – while wearing professional attire. 3. Speak to Congresspeople

Here is where we need you the most! On both Monday 7/13 and Friday 7/17 we will be speaking individually to your Congressional Representatives and Senators. We have several appointments already and expect to have a couple of dozen appointments. The key is that you have to be there! Some of you may be able to drive or even fly out to DC to attend a meeting with your representative on these dates. And we will be there with you to make the 10- or 15-minute presentation at the appointment. We’ve done this a few times already and have it down now. The trick is that you have to be there as a constituent for us to have access. As soon as you have successfully made an appointment, call Dave Slesinger at 410-499-5403 and/or email him at davidslesinger (at) yahoo.com.

Don’t worry about the schedule. Just make the appointment for any time on these two days that you can be there physically. Chances are you will only be able to make an appointment with a staffer. That’s OK! You can call them and ask for a 15-minute appointment because you are bringing a representative of over 700 Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth — some of whom live in their district — who are all calling upon Congress for real investigation of the destruction of the 3 World Trade Center high-rises on 9/11. And that you believe it is a matter of grave importance to the United States that this new explosive evidence be brought to their attention immediately.

9/11 FEMA videographer at Ground Zero goes public

As official videographer for the U.S. government, Kurt Sonnenfeld was detailed to Ground Zero on September 11, 2001, where he spent one month filming 29 tapes: “What I saw at certain moments and in certain places … is very disturbing!” He never handed them over to the authorities and has been persecuted ever since. Kurt Sonnenfeld lives in exile in Argentina, where he wrote « El Perseguido » (the persecuted). His recently-published book tells the story of his unending nightmare and drives another nail into the coffin of the government’s account of the 9/11 events.
